摘要
本文分析了墙壁开关结构设计中的变形、断裂、手感差等问题,以开关为例,在设计过程中,进行加强筋结构设计的优化,通过UG三维建模、有限元模拟分析,最终确定开关的设计方案,并对墙壁开关内外部结构设计的总结。
This paper analyzed various problems in the design of wall switch structure, such as deformation, fracture, poor feeling, etc.Taking flying eagle D9 series switches as an example, during the design process, the reinforcement structure design was optimized. Through UG three-dimensional modeling and finite element simulation analysis, the design scheme of the switch was finally determined, as well as the summary of the internal and external structure design of the wall switch.
