摘要
随着卫星结构日益复杂,星载敏感器的类型和数量进一步增多,现有测量手段无法满足卫星敏感器姿态测量高精度、自动化的要求。本文对敏感器姿态的自动化测量算法进行了研究,提出了基于一维转台、升降支架和加载CCD目镜的电子经纬仪构建自动测量模型。通过解算子系统的运动参数,并依靠马达伺服驱动和视觉引导,实现对敏感器姿态的自动化测量。实验结果表明,该算法不仅能提高测量精度,还能大幅度地提高卫星精测效率,减少人力成本并降低测量工作强度。
With the increasing complexity of satellite structure,the types and the number of onboard sensors are increasing further.The existing measurement methods cannot meet the requirements of high precision and automation of attitude measurement of satellite sensors.An automatic attitude measurement algorithm of sensor is proposed by the research.The automatic measuring model is constructed based on one-dimensional turntable,lifting bracket and electronic theodolite loaded with CCD eyepiece.By solving the motion parameters of the operator system and relying on the motor servo drive and visual guidance,the automatic attitude measurement of sensor is realized.The experimental result shows that this algorithm can not only improve the measurement accuracy,but also greatly improve the efficiency of satellite precision measurement,reduce the labor cost and the intensity of measurement work.
