摘要
目的研究并分析甲亢性肝病实施血清检验的临床应用价值。方法随机选取该院在2017年1—7月间诊治的42例亢性肝病患者,将其作为观察组;之后,同期选择单一甲亢患者(42例)为对照组。随机抽取两组患者静脉血液制作样本,就两组之间存在的差异以及临床并发发生率予以分析,深入探讨对患者实施血清检测的临床价值。结果经比较,观察组患者血清指标TSH(0.45±0.20)mol/L、TT3(5.64±1.22)mol/L等高于对照组患者TSH(0.21±0.13)mol/L、TT3(3.78±1.04)mol/L;差异有统计学意义(t=6.662,8.758,P<0.05);观察组患者肝功能指标ALP(65.56±4.68)U/L、AST(53.24±7.03)U/L等高于对照组患者肝功能指标ALP(54.62±6.30)U/L、AST(39.62±5.78)U/L,且差异有统计学意义(t=6.654,5.976,P<0.05)。结论对患有甲亢性肝病患者实施血清检验,效果显著。在降低肝病风险上起到重要的作用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of serum testing for hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 42 patients with liver disease diagnosed between January and July 2017 were randomly selected for observation. After that, a single hyperthyroidism patient(42 patients) was selected as the control group. The venous blood samples of the two groups were randomly selected to analyze the differences between the two groups and the incidence of clinical complications, and the clinical value of serum testing for patients was further explored. Results The serum levels of TSH(0.45±0.20)mol/L and TT3(5.64±1.22)mol/L in the observation group were higher than those in the control group TSH(0.21±0.13)mol/L and TT3(3.78±1.04)mol/L. The difference was statistically significant(t=6.662, 8.758,P<0.05);the liver function indexes of patients in the observation group were higher than ALP(65.56±4.68)U/L and AST(53.24±7.03)U/L control group. vs ALP(54.62±6.30)U/L and AST(39.62±5.78)U/L control group And the difference was statistically significant(t =6.654, 5.976,P <0.05). Conclusion The serum test for patients with hyperthyroidism has a significant effect, which plays an important role in reducing the risk of liver disease.
