摘要
目的分析颈动脉狭窄患者血清中血管内皮生长因子的变化及临床意义。方法选择该院在2017年8月—2018年8月内收治的颈动脉狭窄患者120例,其中北美颈动脉外科学会(NASCET)标准,轻度患者70例,中度患者50例,分别将其设置为轻度组和中度组。另需收集该院在此期间接受健康体检的正常志愿者30名设置为对照组。对所有研究对象均采用酶联免疫法测定血管内皮生长因子,分析血管内皮生长因子的变化情况。结果血管内皮生长因子在颈动脉狭窄患者血清中表达增加,且随着病情严重程度越高水平越高。中度组VEGF为(2.98±1.08)ng/L,明显高于轻度组VEGF(1.06±0.35)ng/L和对照组VEGF(0.59±0.21)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉狭窄患者的临床病情和血管内皮生长因子有着较大关系,随着病情严重度的提升,血管内皮生长因子水平也不断增加。因此在对颈动脉狭窄患者实施临床治疗时,需注意到对其血管内皮生长因子进行针对性处理,以期取得更好的临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with carotid stenosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with carotid stenosis admitted to our hospital during August 2017 to August 2018 were selected. Among them, the North American Carotid Artery Surgery Association(NASCET) standard, 70 patients with mild disease and 50 patients with moderate disease, were set as mild group and moderate group. Another 30 normal volunteers who received a physical examination during this period were enrolled as a control group. The vascular endothelial growth factor was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in all subjects, and the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor were analyzed. Results The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor increased in the serum of patients with carotid stenosis, and the higher the level with the severity of the disease. The VEGF of the moderate group was(2.98±1.08)ng/L, which was significantly higher than that of the mild group VEGF(1.06±0.35)ng/L and the control group VEGF(0.59±0.21)ng/L, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical condition of patients with carotid stenosis has a great relationship with vascular endothelial growth factor. As the severity of the disease increases, the level of vascular endothelial growth factor also increases. Therefore, in the clinical treatment of patients with carotid stenosis, it is necessary to pay attention to the targeted treatment of vascular endothelial growth factor, in order to achieve better clinical efficacy.
