艾司奥美拉唑与兰索拉唑治疗急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血的成本效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Esomeprazole and Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的对比急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者采用兰索拉唑和艾司奥美拉唑治疗的效果以及成本。方法将2017年2月—2018年7月84例急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者分为对照组和实验组,分别给予兰索拉唑、艾司奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗成本。结果实验组的止血用时、腹痛缓解用时以及血压稳定用时均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的治疗总有效率(97.62%)略高于对照组(95.24%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率(7.14%)低于对照组(23.81%),住院时长少于对照组,成本效果比值小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者的临床治疗中,艾司奥美拉唑不但可加快缓解患者的症状,且患者的不良反应发生率较低,住院时长较短,疗效显著,成本较低,建议推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy and cost of lansoprazole and esomeprazole in patients with acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Eighty-four patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage from February 2017 to July 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group. Lansoprazole and esomeprazole were given respectively. The therapeutic effect and treatment cost of the two groups were compared. Results The time of hemostasis, time to relieve abdominal pain and stable blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(97.62%) was slightly higher than that in the control group(95.24%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions(7.14%) was lower than that in the control group(23.81%), and the length of hospitalization was less than that of the control group. The effect ratio was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute non-variceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage, Esomeprazole can not only accelerate the relief of patients’ symptoms, but also has a lower incidence of adverse reactions, shorter hospital stays, significant curative effect,and low cost, it is recommended to promote.
