无痛人流手术后放置宫内节育器的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Placement of Intrauterine Device after Painless Abortion

目的探讨无痛人流手术后放置宫内节育器的方法及临床效果。方法选择该院2017年1月—2018年6月行无痛人流手术患者120例,其中术后即放置宫内节育器的60例患者设为观察组,月经间期放置宫内节育器的60例患者设为对照组,观察比较两组患者的一般情况。结果通过观察发现,观察组在放置成功率均为100.00%,并发症发生率均为13.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行无痛人流手术后即放置宫内节育器可以在取得有效避孕效果的同时降低不良反应发生情况,临床可以考虑大力推广。

Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of placing intrauterine device after painless abortion.Methods 120 patients with painless abortion in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected. Among them, 60 patients who placed intrauterine device after operation were set as observation group, and 60 patients who placed intrauterine device during menstrual period as the control group, the general situation of the two groups of patients was observed and compared. Results It was found that the observation group had a success rate of 100.00%, the complication rate was 13.33%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The placement of intrauterine devices after painless abortion can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions while achieving effective contraceptive effects which can be clinically promoted and applied.
