硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏联合中药灌洗治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Efficacy of Nifuratel Nystatin Vaginal Ointment Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Trichomonas Vaginitis

目的研究探讨硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏联合中药灌洗治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2018年6月该院门诊收治的98例滴虫性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予单纯的中药灌洗,观察组在此基础上增加硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏联合治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率等进行统计对比。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%(46/49),高于对照组患者为79.59%(39/49),组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.346,P=0.037)。观察组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组(t=6.198、7.448、4.142,P=0.000、0.000、0.000),观察组不良反应发生率为16.33%(8/49),对照组则为10.20%(5/49),组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.922,P=0.377)。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏联合中药灌洗治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效显著,能降低患者体内炎症水平,且不良反应少,用药安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of nifuratel vaginal ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods A total of 98 patients with trichomonas vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given a simple Chinese medicine lavage, and the observation group added a combination of nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93.88%(46/49) in the observation group and 79.59%(39/49) in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.346, P=0.037). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.198, 7.448, 4.142,P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000), the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.33%(8/49), and that in the control group was 10.20%(5/49). There was no significant difference between the groups(χ^2=0.922, P=0.377). Conclusion Nifuratel vaginal ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine lavage treatment of trichomonas vaginitis has a significant clinical effect, can reduce the level of inflammation in patients, and has fewer adverse reactions, high drug safety, and is worthy of clinical application.
