护理干预对骨折后下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity after Fracture

目的探讨骨折患者行综合护理干预预防下肢静脉血栓的效果。方法选该院2016年8月—2018年8月间收治的骨折患者60例作为此次研究对象,通过随机数表法将患者分为实验组与比较组,比较组患者行常规护理干预,实验组在此基础上行综合护理干预,对比两组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率及护理满意度情况。结果实验组下肢静脉血栓发生率为6.67%(2/30),明显低于比较组26.67%(8/30)(χ~2=4.430 0,P=0.037 7<0.05),且护理满意度96.67%(29/30)明显高于比较组76.67%(23/30)(χ~2=5.192 3,P 0.022 7 <0.05)。结论骨折患者施行综合护理干预能够显著预防形成下肢静脉血栓,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with fracture. Methods Sixty patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into experimental group and comparison group by random number table method. The patients in the comparison group underwent routine nursing intervention. The experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention, and the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the experimental group was 6.67%(2/30), which was significantly lower than that in the comparison group 26.67%(8/30))(χ^2=4.430 0, P=0.037 7<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was 96.67%(29/30)significantly higher than the comparison group of 76.67%(23/30)(χ^2=5.192 3, P=0.022 7 <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for fracture patients can significantly prevent the formation of venous thrombosis of lower extremities. The patient satisfaction is high and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
