小儿呼吸道感染针对性护理对其雾化吸入治疗效果的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing Care for Children with Respiratory Infection on Their Inhalation Therapy

目的探讨对小儿呼吸道感染患者在实施雾化吸入治疗期间给予针对性护理干预的可行性。方法选择该科2017年6月—2018年10月收治的110例小儿呼吸道感染患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组雾化吸入治疗辅助护理配合方法;对照组(55例):采用基础护理方式展开;观察组(55例):采用基础护理+针对性护理方式展开;对比治疗结果以及家长满意度。结果同对照组小儿呼吸道感染患者治疗结果(43.64%)、(76.36%)对比,观察组治疗显效率(65.45%)以及治疗总满意率(96.36%)提升程度明显(χ~2=5.280 0,P=0.021 5;χ~2=9.340 4,P=0.002 2);同对照组小儿呼吸道感染患者家长满意情况(45.45%)、(83.64%)对比,观察组家长非常满意度(61.82%)以及家长总满意度(98.18%)提升程度明显(χ~2=7.040 0,P=0.007 9)。结论小儿呼吸道感染患者在接受护理期间,针对性护理方式的有效应用,对于患儿病情可以有效控制,并且对于治疗效果提升、家长满意度提升,效果理想,可促进小儿呼吸道感染患者早期康复。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of targeted nursing intervention during the implementation of aerosol inhalation therapy in children with respiratory infections. Methods A total of 110 children with respiratory infections admitted to our department from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The grouping method was used to determine the combination of inhalation therapy and auxiliary nursing. The control group(55 cases): the basic nursing method was developed;the observation group(55 cases): using basic nursing + targeted nursing methods;comparing treatment results and parental satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group(43.64%) and(76.36%) of the children with respiratory tract infection in the control group, the effective rate of treatment(65.45%)and the total satisfaction rate of treatment(96.36%) were significantly improved(χ^2=5.280 0, P=0.021 5;χ^2=9.340 4,P=0.002 2);compared with the parents in the control group with respiratory satisfaction(45.45%),(83.64%), the observation group parents were very satisfied(61.82%) and the parents satisfaction(98.18%) was significantly improved(χ^2=7.040 0, P=0.007 9). Conclusion The effective application of targeted nursing methods in patients with respiratory infections in children can effectively control the condition of children, and improve the therapeutic effect and improve the satisfaction of parents. It can promote the early rehabilitation of children with respiratory infection.
