摘要
随着水资源价格不断上涨,用以计量水资源流量的超声波流量计(安装快捷、使用灵活),在水资源的节约减排、贸易结算等方面起着重要的作用。而且流量计计量是否准确对于企业对水资源的控制、生产问题的判断等方面具有重要意义。但在实际使用中,由于不少用户对超声波流量计的现场使用要点掌握不够好,导致测量效果不太理想,因而对现场使用超声波流量计产生质疑。该文根据现场实际需要,对现场超声波流量计的影响因素(计量精度、磁场因素、管径测量、壁厚、前后直管段长度、内衬、管道材质、流体温度)等分别进行研究分析。
With the rising price of water resources,ultrasonic flow meters (quick installation and flexible use) for measuring water flow are playing a vital role in water conservation and enterprise reduction.Moreover,the accurate measurement of the flow meter is of great significance to the enterprise's control over water resources and the judgment of production problems.However,in actual use,many users have a bad grasp of the use points of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter,and the measurement effect is not ideal,thus questioning the portable ultrasonic flowmeter.Based on the actual situation,this paper studies and analyzes the influencing factors (measurement accuracy,straight pipe length,pipe diameter,wall thickness,lining and material,fluid temperature, noise) of ultrasonic flowmeter.
