摘要
智能电器产品安全性设计至关重要,其中安全距离是在产品设计过程中最重要的部分之一。在这些智能电器产品中大都涉及PCB板,该文以双层PCB板为例介绍了PCB板电气间隙与爬电距离测量方法,为智能电器产品安全性设计提供了理论依据,同时也为智能电器的可靠性和稳定性提供了技术保证,对产品的设计、制造和测试有着重要参考价值,同时能够帮助生产者和设计者提升产品的工艺和制造水平。
The safety design of intelligent electrical products is very important,and the safety distance is one of the most important parts in the process of product design.The PCB board is mostly involved in these intelligent electrical products.This paper introduces the measuring method of clearance and creepage distance of PCB board by taking the double-layer PCB board as an example,which provides a theoretical basis for the safety design of intelligent electrical products.At the same time,it also provides technical guarantee for reliability and stability of intelligent electrical appliances,which has important reference value for the design,manufacture and testing of products.It can help producers and designers to improve the level of technology and manufacture of products at the same time.
