对于雷达系统而言,系统零缺陷是客户惟一可以接受的,因此系统厂商必须在实践中逐步建立和完善对外购件的质量管理体系。系统厂商要严格按照相关要求,合理运用各种管理手段,在三个不同阶段对外购元器件进行质量管控,同时,将产品包装作为重点,进行严格管理。
