本文探讨影响焦炉燃烧室炉头温度的几个因素,通过生产实际经验,分析焦炉炉体状况、生产操作和加热煤气设备等因素对焦炉炉头温度情况。根据不同因素,提出处理解决问题的技术措施,通过砖煤气堵漏,斜道清理,蓄热室密封,施行精细化操作,完善焦炉加热设备等,对影响炉头温度因素处理,焦炉炉头温度提高达到技术要求,提高了焦炭质量。

This paper discusses several factors that affect the temperature of the furnace head of coke oven, and through practical production experience, analyzes the influence of coke oven body condition, production operation and gas heating equipment on the temperature of coke oven head. According to different factors, technical measures to solve the problem are put forward. Through plugging brick gas, cleaning chute, sealing regenerator, carrying out fine operation, perfecting coke oven heating equipment and so on, factors affecting the temperature of the furnace head of coke oven are treated, and the temperature of the furnace head of coke oven is raised to meet the technical requirements and the quality of coke is improved.
