摘要 随着我国社会的迅速发展以及科技的进步,煤炭的生产能力正逐步提升,综合机械化采煤工艺被广泛应用于煤矿生产中,即在洗煤、装煤、运煤、支护、采空区处理以及回踩巷道运输、掘进等整个采煤工作面的生产过程实现机械化。煤炭生产过程的机械化水平的提高,大型机械设备增加,使得煤矿电气控制电路面临着严峻的挑战。本文正是从这一现状出发,根据电气控制电路常见的故障,结合煤矿电气控制电路的构造和特性,提出了多种电路常见故障的解决方法,期望为广大煤矿工作人员提供可借鉴性思考。 With the rapid development of our society and the progress of science and technology, the production capacity of coal is gradually improving. Comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology is widely used in coal mine production, that is, mechanized production is achieved in the process of coal washing, coal loading, coal transportation, support, goaf treatment, back trampling roadway transportation, tunneling and so on. The improvement of mechanization level of coal production process and the increase of large-scale mechanical equipment make the electric control pavement of coal mine face severe challenges. Started from this situation, according to the common faults of electrical control circuit, combined with the structure and characteristics of coal mine electrical control circuit, this paper puts forward a variety of solutions to common faults of circuit, hoping to provide reference for the majority of coal mine workers.
