摘要
氢能是最清洁,最环保的能源,氢气的制取工艺具有极大的实际意义,本文通过对重整反应甲烷转化率的影响因素如水碳比、壁面温度、空速、压力及各工序反应条件等多方面因素进行分析,研究了提高氢含量的反应条件及甲烷蒸汽重整制氢反应的特点,为进一步优化生产和推广使用提供了参考。
Hydrogen energy is the cleanest and most environmentally friendly energy source. The production process of hydrogen has great practical significance. In this paper, through the analysis of the factors affecting methane conversion of reforming reaction, such as water-carbon ratio, wall temperature, space velocity, pressure and reaction conditions in each process, the reaction conditions for increasing hydrogen content and the characteristics of hydrogen production from methane-steam reforming, which provided a reference for further optimization of production and popularization.
