介绍了煤矿掘进工作面由原来的小绞车接力运输改为无极绳绞车连续运输,解决了掘进工作面不能连续运输的问题。无极绳绞车安装在硐室内,对绞车司机的安全性也提高了。无极绳绞车牵引力是小绞车的2倍以上,运输效率也提高了。

This paper introduces the change from relay transportation of small winch to continuous transportation of endless rope winch in coal mine heading face, which solves the problem that continuous transportation can’t be achieved in previous heading face. The endless rope winch is installed in the chamber, which improves the safety of winch drivers. The traction force of endless rope winch is more than twice that of small winch, and the transportation efficiency is also improved.
