摘要
井下巷道掘进过程中,围岩由于受力被破坏而产生变形的情况十分普遍,极大制约了煤炭开采工作的进行。为了深入研究其运动趋势,找出其运动规律,以便防治措施的有效、针对性开展,本文以某矿10523工作面为研究对象,利用FLAC软件对巷道围岩的变形特性进行模拟,找出其变形规律,发现了围岩的内部破坏变形机制,并根据其变形机制提出了相应的防治巷道围岩变形的防治措施。通过井下监测数据结果可以看出,这里提出的锚网索联合支护措施很好的减缓了巷道的变形程度,保障了井下巷道功能的正常使用,合理有效。
In the process of underground roadway excavation, the deformation of surrounding rock due to the destruction of stress is very common, which greatly restricts the coal mining work. In order to deeply study its movement trend and find out its movement law, so as to make prevention and control measures effective and targeted, this paper takes 10523 working face of a mine as the research object, uses FLAC software to simulate the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway, finds out its deformation regularity, and finds the internal failure, and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures for roadway surrounding rock deformation according to its deformation mechanism. Through the results of underground monitoring data, it can be seen that the bolt-mesh-cable combined support measures put forward here can reduce the degree of deformation of the roadway, ensure the normal use of the functions of the underground roadway, and are reasonable and effective.
