从肝脾论治诸湿肿满的临证分析

Clinical Analysis on Dampness-Edema-Distension and Fullness from Liver and Spleen

本文旨在深入理解病机十九条中“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾”这句话的含义及如何运用于临床,从而能使我们更好地运用“十九条病机”去指导临床。通过对脾的中医解释及分析其产生水湿之邪的机制,加之其在典型病证的临床运用中具有指导性意义的验方分析,因而得出了一切水湿痰饮积聚之邪皆和脾脏有关,可以从脾论治。

This paper aims to deeply understand "almost clinical manifestations, like dampness, edema, distension and fullness are belong to spleen disharmony" in "pathogenesis 19", and how to apply it in clinical practice, so that we can use "pathogenesis 19" better to guide clinical practice. According to the explanation of spleen in Chinese medicine and the analysis of its mechanism of water and dampness, as well as its experiential prescription analysis in the clinical application of typical diseases and syndromes, we conclude that almost dampness, edema, distension and fullness are related to spleen, which can be treated from spleen.
