益气温阳活血利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭50例

Supplementing Qi for Warming Yang and Activating Blood Circulation for Promoting Diuresis Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure for 50 Cases

目的研究在西医治疗的基础上采用益气温阳活血利水法对慢性心力衰竭患者进行治疗,对比评价患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院内科2017年5月—2018年5月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者100例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者采取西药美托洛尔片进行慢性心衰的治疗,观察组患者在应用西药美托洛尔片治疗的基础上联合应用益气温阳活血利水法进行中西医结合治疗,2组患者均连续治疗6个月,通过患者心脏功能和不良反应发生率作为评价指标对比分析2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果2组患者经治疗后,心脏功能均有所好转,但观察组患者的治疗有效率及心脏功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较结果显示,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西医结合益气温阳活血利水法的中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭能良好改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的心脏功能恢复,且药物具有安全性,不良反应发生率较低,具有良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the supplementing qi for warming yang and activating blood circulation for promoting diuresis therapy in the treatment of chronic heart failure on the basis of Western medicine treatment, and to compare and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Ninety patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the department of internal medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as clinical research objects. One hundred patients were divided into two groups according to random number method (50 cases in control group and 50 cases in observation group). The patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol tablets. The patients in the observation group were treated with metoprolol tablets combined with supplementing qi for warming yang and activating blood circulation for promoting diuresis therapy based on the treatment of metoprolol tablets. The patients in both groups were treated for six consecutive months. The incidence of adverse reactions and cardiac function of patients were used as the basis. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, cardiac function improved in both groups, but the effective rate and recovery of cardiac function in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms and the recovery of cardiac function, and the drug is safe, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, so it has good clinical therapeutic effect.
