丹泽合剂治疗代谢综合征30例

Danze Mixture in Treating Metabolic Syndrome for 30 Cases

目的研究丹泽合剂治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效。方法选择60例代谢综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组根据临床情况应用西药二甲双胍,0.5g/次,3次/d,口服,降糖,替米沙坦40~80mg/d,口服,降压,阿托伐他汀钙20mg/d,口服调脂,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用丹泽合剂口服。疗程4周,观察2组治疗前后的体质量、体质量指数、腰围、腰臀比、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及中医证候积分。结果治疗组治疗后的体质量、体质量指数、腰围、腰臀比、空腹及餐后2h血糖、收缩压均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);体质量、体质量指数、腰围、腰臀比下降的幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);对中医临床证候的改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率96.67%,高于对照组(76.67%)。结论丹泽合剂具有改善代谢综合征的作用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Danze mixture in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with western medicine metformin for 3 times orally for 3 times, and telmisartan 40-80 mg/day for oral hypotension. The statin calcium was 20 mg/day orally. The treatment group was orally administered with Danze mixture on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, fasting and postprandial blood glucose and systolic blood pressure were lower than before treatment (P<0.05). Body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio decreased. The amplitude of the trratment group was greater than that of the control group (P<0.01). The improvement of TCM clinical syndrome in the trratment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.01). The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (76.67%). Conclusion Danze mixture has the effect on improving metabolic syndrome.
