基于急性心力衰竭本虚标实,标实为主的病理性质,气血阴阳不足为本,瘀血、水饮、痰浊、气滞为标,心阳受遏为基本病机,提出“通阳”之法治疗本病。瘀水互结,心阳不展者,活血利水以通阳;心肾阳衰,饮邪泛溢者,温阳利水以通阳;胸阳不振,痰饮壅肺者,化痰逐饮以通阳;痰热壅肺,闭阻胸阳者,清肺化痰以通阳;心阳暴脱,阳虚喘脱者,扶阳固脱以通阳。最终达到心阳通达,病情稳定的目的,从而为急性心衰的治疗提供良好的思路及方法。
