中西医结合护理预防胆道术后复发28例

The Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in the Prevention of Postoperative Recurrence of Bile Duct for 28 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合护理在胆道术后的疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2017年12月收治的共计56例胆道术后肝内外胆管残余结石患者,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各28例。2组患者都采用胆道镜取石手术进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规西医护理,研究组患者则采用中西医结合护理。观察比较护理后2组患者的治疗效果和患者护理满意度。结果研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者术后并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胆道术后肝内外胆管残余结石患者采用中西医结合护理方法,有利于提高护理效果,提高患者的生活质量和身体健康,护理满意度提高,值得在临床上广泛运用和推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on biliary tract surgery. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, 56 patients with residual intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones after biliary surgery were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 28 in the study group and 28 in the control group. Two groups of patients were treated with choledochoscopic lithotripsy, the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Thetherapeutic effect and patient satisfaction of two groups after nursing were observed and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the postoperative complications of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing is beneficial to improve the nursing effect, improve the quality of life and health of patients with residual intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones after biliary tract surgery, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing. It is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
