摘要
海水环境下高桩码头钢管桩基础和钢筋混凝土结构的防腐设计和施工决定结构的使用寿命和造价,使用不当将造成结构提前破坏。通过牺牲阳极法的阴极保护系统在沙特延布工业港69#泊位的应用,分析高桩码头从钢管桩基础到钢筋混凝土面层全方位的阴极保护系统的设计原理,对比了铝基防腐块、锌网和锌块防腐3种防腐方式的适用性、性能参数和施工方法。实施过程中通过研究论证与多方案比选,将阴极保护系统进行优化,使其更安全可靠、施工便捷、后期维护方便、费用成本可控,取得良好效果。
The service life and cost of high-pile wharf in sea water depend on the design and construction of anti-corrosion for steel pipe piles and reinforced concrete structures.Unsuitable anti-corrosion for the wharf will cause destruction to the structures.Through the application of sacrificial anode method cathodic protection system for berth No.69 of industrial port in Yanbu,Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,we analyze the design principle for the cathodic protection system of high-pile wharf,and compare the applicability,parameters,and construction method of three different anti-corrosion products,including aluminum base blocks,zinc net,and zinc slab.The cathodic protection system is optimized by research,comparison and selection of methods in the process of implementation.The optimized cathodic protection system is safe and reliable,installation convenience,easy maintenance,and controllable cost,which obtain the excellent results.
