眼底激光、雷珠单抗联合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果研究

Effect of Fundus Laser and Ranibizumab in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的研究探讨眼底激光、雷珠单抗联合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的效果。方法该次研究以2017年1月—2018年6月收治的80例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予眼底激光治疗,观察组给予眼底激光、雷珠单抗联合治疗,分析眼底激光、雷珠单抗联合治疗的价值,并对比两组的疗效,症状恢复时间。结果观察组疗效较对照组高,观察组的有效率为95.0%,对照组的为82.5%,症状恢复时间少于对照组,观察组的水肿改善时间、视网膜厚度、渗出吸收时间、眼底出血吸收时间比对照组的要少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者进行眼底激光、雷珠单抗联合治疗,效果显著,可以恢复眼底功能,减少治疗时间,安全性较高,不良反应少,值得在今后的治疗中推广。

Objective To study the effect of fundus laser and ranibizumab in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods Eighty patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases each. The control group received fundus laser treatment. The observation group was given the combination of fundus laser and ranibizumab, to analyze the value of fundus laser and ranibizumab combined therapy, and the efficacy and symptom recovery time of the two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, and that of the control group was 82.5%. The recovery time of symptoms was less than that of the control group. The edema improvement time, retinal thickness, exudation absorption time, and fundus, the time of bleeding absorption of the observation group were less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of fundus laser and ranibizumab in patients with diabetic retinopathy has significant effects. It can restore fundus function, reduce treatment time, have higher safety and less adverse reactions, and it is worthy of promotion in future treatment.
