探讨循证护理在糖尿病合并牙周病患者预防及保健中的作用

Exploring the Role of Evidence-based Nursing in the Prevention and Health Care of Patients with Diabetes and Periodontal Disease

目的循证护理在糖尿病合并牙周病患者预防效果及保健作用进行深入分析与探讨。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月该院收治的糖尿病合并牙周病患者86例为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用循证护理,对两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果研究组患者口腔保健知识知晓情况显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.625、4.070,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为93.02%,显著高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并牙周病患者而言,采取循证护理的效果显著,不仅能提高患者的口腔保健意识,还能控制患者血糖水平,且患者的满意度非常高,值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用。

Objective To conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on the preventive effect and health care function of patients with diabetes mellitus combined with periodontal disease. Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus and periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the principle of randomization. The control group received routine nursing and the study group used evidence-based nursing, a comparative analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups was performed. Results The knowledge of oral health knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly better than the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=4.625, 4.070, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.74%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes and periodontal disease, the effect of evidence-based nursing is significant, which not only improves the patient's oral health awareness, but also controls the patient's blood glucose level, and the patient's satisfaction is very high, which is worth further clinical promotion and application.
