2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Peptic Ulcer

目的分析探讨2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者的临床治疗效果。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的80例2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者分成两组,每组40例;其中,对照组采取常规胃镜检查,进一步给予常规西医药物治疗,观察组在常规胃镜检查及常规西医药物治疗的基础上,联合使用胰岛素及格列美脲医治,进一步比较两组临床治疗效果。结果①在治疗总有效率方面,观察组为95.00%,与对照组的72.50%比较明显更高(P<0.05)。②在各项不良反应症状发生率方面,观察组均明显低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者,给予常规胃镜联合降血糖药物治疗具备显著疗效;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer. Methods This randomized group method was used to divide 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer from February 2017 to February 2018 into two groups, with an average of 40 patients in each group. Gastroscopic examination was further given to the treatment of conventional western medicine. The observation group was combined with insulin and glimepiride on the basis of conventional gastroscopy and conventional western medicine treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were further compared. Results 1.In the total effective rate of treatment, the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.50%)(P<0.05). 2.In the incidence of adverse reactions, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical practice, patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peptic ulcer have a significant effect in the treatment of conventional gastroscope combined with hypoglycemic drugs;therefore, it is worthy of adoption and application.
