格列美脲与二甲双胍联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Glimepiride Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析格列美脲与二甲双胍联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2017年10月—2018年10月该院收治90例2型糖尿病患者,并将患者随机分为两组,对照组45例采用二甲双胍联合预混胰岛素治疗,研究组45例使用格列美脲合预混胰岛素治疗,对两组临床效果及不良反应进行比较。结果研究组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.15±1.16)mmol/L、(9.45±1.40)mmol/L、(6.20±0.89)%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为8.88%,明显低于对照组24.44%(P<0.05)。结论格列美脲与二甲双胍联合预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者均能改善患者血糖水平,但使用格列美脲联合预混胰岛素治疗效果更佳,不仅能有效改善患者血糖情况,还能减少不良反应发生,安全性高,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of glimepiride combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 45 patients in the control group were treated with metformin combined with premixed insulin, and 45 patients in the study group were treated with glime Urea combined with premixed insulin treatment, the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were (6.15±1.16)mmol/L,(9.45±1.40) mmol/L,(6.20±0.89)%, respectively, significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.88%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (24.44%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Glimepiride combined with metformin combined with premixed insulin can improve blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes, but glimepiride combined with premixed insulin is better, not only can effectively improve patients' blood sugar, but also reduce malnutrition reaction occurs, the safety is high, and it is worthy of popularization in clinical use.
