糖尿病合并冠心病患者行冠脉CTA检查的护理体会

摘要 目的探究糖尿病合并冠心病患者行冠脉CTA检查的护理体会。方法以2016年5月—2018年5月收治的60例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分成观察组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理)各30例。探讨实施不同护理对护理效果的影响。结果观察组3～5级占比(90.00%)与对照组相比(66.67%)显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组依从性、检查成功率(96.67%、96.67%)与对照组相比(80.00%、76.67%)显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理应用于行冠脉CTA检查的糖尿病合并冠心病患者时,提升检查依从性、检查成功率,改善检测CTA成像质量,此方法值得应用与推广。
