普胸外科老年患者伴糖尿病围手术期护理研究

Perioperative nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in general thoracic surgery

目的对普胸外科老年患者伴糖尿病围手术期护理的效果进行分析评价。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院收治于2017年2月—2018年2月的80例普胸外科老年伴糖尿病疾病的患者分成两组;其中,对照组40例采取常规护理方法,观察组采取围手术期护理干预,进一步比较两组护理效果。结果①经积极护理后,在空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖两项血糖指标水平方面,观察组控制效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。②在住院时间方面,观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。③在术后并发症总发生率上,观察组为5.00%,与对照组的25.00%比较明显更低(P<0.05)。结论针对普胸外科老年伴糖尿病患者,给予围手术期护理干预的效果显著,可达到控制血糖水平,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率的作用;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in general thoracic surgery. Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in general thoracic surgery from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups by random grouping method. 40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given perioperative nursing care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were further compared. Results 1.After active nursing, the control effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose (P<0.05). 2.In terms of hospitalization time, the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). 3.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.00%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in general thoracic surgery, the effect of perioperative nursing intervention is remarkable, which can control blood sugar level, shorten hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications. Therefore, it is worth adopting and applying.
