护理活动对于2型糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响价值

The Value of Nursing Activities on Drug Compliance in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析护理活动对于2型糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响价值。方法选择该院自2015年1月—2018年6月收治的136例2型糖尿病患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理活动,对两组用药依从性、血糖水平进行比较。结果观察组患者服药依从率为97.06%,明显高于对照组77.94%,相对比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.878 3,P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者给予护理活动,可使用药依从性提高,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the value of nursing activities in the compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 136 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing activities to compare the medication compliance and blood glucose levels of the two groups. Results The compliance rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.94%(χ^2=13.878 3,P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes can be used for nursing activities, and medication compliance can be improved, which is worthy of reference.
