观察中医护理理念在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Observing the Application Effect of Chinese Medicine Nursing Concept in the Nursing of Diabetic Patients

目的研究中医护理理念对于糖尿病患者的作用与效果。方法选出该院采用常规护理的51例糖尿病患者,将其作为A组,另选出在此基础之上采用中医护理理念的51例糖尿病患者,将其作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果 B组患者在护理后其总体满意率、低血糖的发生率、总依从率都优于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在运用中医护理理念后,可以减少其低血糖的产生,增强其对于治疗与护理的依从程度,可推广。

Objective To study the effect and effect of TCM nursing concept on diabetic patients. Methods 51 patients with diabetes mellitus who received routine nursing in our hospital were selected as group A. 51 patients with diabetes who adopted the concept of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis were selected as group B. The results were compared. Results The overall satisfaction rate, incidence of hypoglycemia, and total compliance rate of patients in group B were better than those in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetes patients can reduce the production of hypoglycemia after using the concept of traditional Chinese medicine, and enhance their compliance with treatment and care.
