正交试验优选白花延龄草中重楼皂苷Ⅶ提取工艺研究 被引量:1

Optimization on Extraction Process of Polyphyllin Ⅶ in Trillium Kamtschaticum Pal1. Through Orthogonal Test

摘要 以白花延龄草干燥根茎为试验材料,采用正交试验法考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度3个因素对白花延龄草根茎中重楼皂苷Ⅶ含量的影响。采用HPLC法测定白花延龄草中重楼皂苷Ⅶ的含量,结果,影响白花延龄草根茎中重楼皂苷Ⅶ提取率的因素依次为提取温度>料液比>提取时间;白花延龄草根茎中重楼皂苷Ⅶ的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶9、提取时间4 h、提取温度90℃。在此条件下,测得白花延龄草根茎中重楼皂苷Ⅶ的含量为0.931 mg/g。 Using the dry rhizomes of Trillium kamtschaticum Pal1. as experimental materials, the influence of solid-liquid ratio, time and temperature on extraction contents of the polyphyllin Ⅶ in dry rhizomes of T. kamtschaticum Pal1. was investageted by orthogonal test.Using a HPLC method for the determination of polyphyllin Ⅶ in T. kamtschaticum Pal1., the impact sequence of the factors on the extraction yield of the polyphyllin Ⅶ in dry rhizomes of T. kamtschaticum Pal1. was measured as follows: extraction temperature > solid-liquid ratio >extraction time;The optimal extraction condition was solid-liquid ratio of 1:9, extraction time of 4 h, and extraction temperature of 90℃.Under these optimal conditions, the extracting contents of the polyphyllin Ⅶ from dry rhizomes of T. kamtschaticum Pal1 is 0.931 mg/g.
