摘要
建立了丹敏停胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的高效液相色谱检测方法。色谱柱:WondaSil C_(18)(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相:甲醇-水(80∶20);检测波长:270 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃。丹参酮ⅡA在0.017 1~0.274 2μg进样量与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.87%,RSD为0.57%。该研究建立的丹敏停胶囊质量控制方法简单、结果稳定、重复性良好,可以用于控制该制剂的质量。
A method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Danminting capsules by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Chromatographic column:WondaSil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);mobile phase:methanol-water(80∶20);detection wavelength was 270 nm;flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;column temperature was 25 ℃.In the range of 0.017 1-0.274 2μg, the injection quantity of tanshinone ⅡA showed a good linear relationship with the peak area of chromatography, the average recovery rate was 99.87% and RSD was0.57%. The quality control method of Danminting capsule established in this study is simple,stable and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Danminting capsule.
