摘要
荧光偏振免疫分析技术操作简单、易于自动化、适于快速筛选,可根据不同抗原的特异性进行荧光标记,结合特异性抗体,根据荧光偏振值的变化进行定量分析。目前,荧光偏振免疫分析技术在病原检测方面已经得到了广泛应用,国内已有针对各种病原建立的荧光偏振免疫技术的报道。本文综述了荧光偏振免疫技术的发展历史、原理、优缺点和应用,概括了近几年国内、外针对各种病原建立的荧光偏振免疫分析方法研究进展。
Fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) technology is simple, easy to automation, and suitable for rapid screening. It can be fluorescently labeled according to the specificity of different antigens,combined with specific antibodies,and quantitatively analyzed according to changes in fluorescence polarization values. At present,fluorescence polarization technology has been widely used in the detection of pathogens.There have been reports of fluorescence polarization immunoassay established for various pathogens in China. This article reviewed the development history, principle, advantages, disadvantages and application of fluorescence polarization immunoassay, and summarized the research progress of fluorescence polarization immunoassay methods established for various pathogens at home and abroad in recent years.
