谷糠营养活性成分及药理功能研究进展

Research Progress on Nutritional and Active Components of Foxtail Millet(Setaria italica) Bran and Their Pharmacological Functions

经数据库检索,查阅国内、外公开发表的文献,从谷糠的营养活性成分和药理功效2个方面进行综述。谷糠富含多种有效成分,包括膳食纤维、脂类、多糖、蛋白质、挥发性成分、甾类、多酚、无机成分等,药理功效包括抗癌、抗氧化、抗炎等。谷糠活性成分与药理活性有密切关系,化学成分研究有利于谷糠的进一步开发利用。

A systematic literature search through various databases published at home and abroad was performed to review the nutritional and active components, as well as their pharmacological activity in Foxtail Millet(Setaria italica) bran. Foxtail millet bran contains many kinds of chemical components, primarily including dietary fiber, lipids, polysaccharides, proteins, volatile components, steroids, polyphenols, inorganic components, etc.. The pharmacological activity including anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, etc.. The active components of foxtail millet bran are closely related to its pharmacological activity, and the study of chemical components is beneficial to the further development and utilization of foxtail millet bran.
