彝族习惯法与摔跤规则的关系

The relationship between Yi national customary laws and wrestling rules

运用民族学、文化人类学、法人类学、体育竞赛学等跨学科理论和方法,对彝族习惯法条文与彝族摔跤规则条文进行比较,讨论彝族习惯法与摔跤规则的相关性。研究认为:彝族习惯法对彝族摔跤规则的管控和引导,对彝族摔跤规则的制定和实施具有启示和促进作用;彝族摔跤规则细化彝族习惯法对身体行为的践行,彝族摔跤规则规范聚集彝族习惯法在身体活动中习惯养成。传统体育规则在彝族区域的细化、执行和推广,具有促成彝族习惯法向现行法融通转换的内生机制,有利于彝族特质文化的弘扬和传承,有利于民族传统体育活动的开展,具有促进彝族个体身体健康、心理健康和社会适应的普适功能,有利于促进民族地区和谐民族关系与和谐社会建成。

By applying interdisciplinary theories and methods such as ethnology,cultural anthropology,legal anthropology and sports competition,the authors discussed the correlation between Yi national customary laws and wrestling rules,compared the provisions of Yi national customary laws with the provisions of wrestling rules,and drew the following conclusions:the regulation and guidance of Yi national customary laws over Yi national wrestling rules have inspiration and promotion functions on the establishment and implementation of Yi national wrestling rules;Yi national wrestling rules refine the practice of Yi national customary laws on body behaviors,and standardize and converge the habit formation of Yi national customary laws in body activities.The refinement,execution and popularization of traditional sports rules in the Yi national region are provided with the endogenous mechanism to promote the blending and transforming of Yi national customary laws into current laws,conducive to the promotion and inheritance of Yi national characteristic culture,conducive to the development of traditional national sports activities,provided with the general function of promoting Yi national individual physical health,mental health and social adaptation,and conducive to promoting the establishment of harmonious national relationships and a harmonious society in the national regions.
