摘要
分析“以赛带训”模式的优点,并以实例介绍该模式在建筑施工组织课程中的具体应用.实践表明,这种教学模式更适合高职教育和企业需要,能使学生更好地掌握实践技能.
The advantages of the mode of ″training by competition″ are analyzed and the application of this mode is introduced in the courses of building construction organization with concrete examples. The practice shows that this teaching mode is more suitable for higher vocational education and enterprises′ needs, and it can make students master skills of practice better.
