智能化立体车库系统设计

摘要 针对城市停车难这一困扰城市建设的主要问题,在研究物流立体存储的基础上,提出了智能化立体车库系统的设计方案.以巷道堆垛式立体车库作为研究对象,车库系统采用PLC自动控制,车辆存或取均由载车板的移动完成,提出了适合于智能化立体车库的排队优化算法,设计了系统车位计费程序,并给出了系统总体结构图和相关程序流程图.该系统实现了车辆自动存或取、自动计费以及故障报警等功能,满足了各大中型停车场的智能化要求. In view of the problem of urban parking difficulties, which is the main problem that plagues the urban construction, on the basis of the study of the three-dimensional logistics storage, we propose the design project of intelligent stereo garage system. Taking the stacked three-dimensional garage of roadway as the research object, the garage system is controlled automatically by PLC, and the vehicle access is completed by the movement of the vehicle board. We propose an optimized queue algorithm suitable for the intelligent three-dimensional garage, design the accounting program of the system and present the overall structure diagram of the system and the flow chart of the related program. The system achieves the functions of automatic access of vehicles, automatic accounting and fault alarm, and meets the intelligent requirements of large and medium parking lots.
