摘要
采用皂土吸附、壳聚糖吸附及冷冻离心三种方法对朝阳凌塔白酒厂黄水进行预处理,旨在为不同方法的选择提供理论参考.实验结果:皂土吸附法中,皂土添加剂量为0.08%时脱色效果最好,脱色率可达30%,CODcr降低了20.3%;壳聚糖吸附法中,壳聚糖添加剂量0.06%时脱色效果理想,脱色率为29%,CODcr降低了24%;冷冻离心法脱色率为25%,CODcr降低较少,仅为12%.研究表明,冷冻离心法适用于提取黄水中的有益成分,另两种方法则适用于去除黄水中的有机物,降低排污率,可根据生产实际进行选择.
Bentonite adsorption, chitosan adsorption and freezing centrifugation are used to pretreat the yellow water in Chaoyang Lingta Liquor Distillery to provide the theoretical reference for the choice of different methods. The experimental results show that with the bentonite adsorption method, the decolorization effect is the best when the dosage of bentonite is 0.08%, the decolorization rate could reach 30%, and the chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) decreases by 20.3%. With the chitosan adsorption method, the decolorization effect is ideal when chitosan is added at a dose of 0.06%, the decolorization rate is 29 %, and the CODcr decreases by 24 %. The decolorization rate by freezing centrifugation is 25%, and the CODcr decrease is only 12%. The study shows that the freezing centrifugation is suitable to extract the beneficial components from yellow water, and the other two methods are suitable to remove the organic matter in yellow water and reduce the sewage discharge rate, which can be selected according to the actual production.
