运动对自噬的影响

The influence of sports on autophagy

摘要 自噬在运动过程中最为关键的是维持细胞内稳态,运动作为自噬诱导剂的一种,可以通过调节Beclin-1、mTOR和p62等调控途径对自噬产生一定的影响。通过综述运动对自噬的调控作用,并探讨运动对自噬的分子机制及生理学意义,同时展望运动与自噬的研究前景,以期为科研人员研究运动对自噬的影响提供参考。 The most key function of autophagy during the exercise process is to maintain cells’inner steady,sports as one of autophagy inducers can produce influence through adjusting Beclin-1,mTOR and p62 and so on.By using the method of document,this paper summarizes adjustment function of sports on autophagy,discusses molecular mechanism and physiology signification of sports on autophagy,meanwhile,forecasts the research prospect of sports and autophagy,in order to provide reference for researchers to study influence of sports on autophagy.
