College students′ employment rate prediction based on grey system

摘要 大学生就业受到经济、政策等多种因素的影响,使得当前大学生就业率预测误差大,为了解决该难题,设计基于灰色系统的大学生就业率预测方法。首先,对当前大学生就业率预测研究现状进行分析,找到引起误差的原因;然后,收集大学生就业率的历史数据,通过灰色系统对大学生就业率变化特点进行拟合,建立大学生就业率预测模型;最后,采用大学生就业率数据实现仿真测试。结果表明,灰色系统可以反映大学生就业率变化特点,获得了高精度的大学生就业率预测结果,预测误差远远小于当前其他大学生就业率预测方法,预测结果可以为大学就业管理部门提供一定的参考信息。 The employment of college students is influenced by many factors such as economy and policy,which makes the prediction error of the current college students′employment rate big.Therefore,a college students′employment rate prediction method based on grey system was designed.The present research situation of the employment rate of college students is analyzed to find the reason causing the prediction error,and then the historical data of the employment rate of college students is collected.The change characteristics of the employment rate of college students are fitted by means of grey system to establish the employment rate prediction model of college students.The data of the employment rate of college students is adopted for simulation test.The simulation results show that the grey system can reflect the change characteristics of the college students′employment rate,and obtain the high-precision prediction results of the college students′employment rate.The prediction error is far less than that of the current other employment rate prediction methods of college students′.The prediction results can provide some reference information for the college students′employment management department.
