钢结构住宅研究综述

在人类的发展过程中,人们在建筑领域进行着一次又一次探索和尝试,从砖石建筑到钢筋混凝土建筑以及钢结构建筑,不断更新提高着人们的居住环境和条件。随着技术的进步,钢结构住宅迅速崛起,这不仅有赖于先进的科学技术,而且钢结构自身的优势也是不容小觑的。近年来,钢结构住宅已成为发达国家的主导建筑结构,虽然我国的钢结构发展不及发达国家,但我国的钢产量屡居世界首位,加之人们不懈的努力,正一步步缩小着我国与发达国家的差距。本文围绕我国钢结构住宅发展所遇到的问题,提出相应建议以促进我国钢结构住宅的发展。

In the process of human development,people have been exploring and trying again and again in the field of architecture.From masonry building to reinforced concrete building and steel structure building,people’s living environment and conditions have been constantly upgraded.With the progress of technology,a kind of steel structure housing rises rapidly,and the development of steel structure housing is very rapid. This not only depends on advanced science and technology,but also the advantages of steel structure itself cannot be underestimated. In recent years,steel structure housing has become the leading building structure of developed countries,although China’s steel structure development is less than that of developed countries,but China’s steel output repeatedly ranked first in the world,coupled with our unremitting efforts,is gradually narrowing the gap between us and developed countries.This paper focuses on the problems encountered in the development of steel structure residential buildings in China and puts forward corresponding Suggestions to promote the development of steel structure residential buildings in China.
