江西省高职院校混合所有制办学改革现状、问题与对策

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Reform of Mixed Ownership in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province

分析江西省参与混合所有制办学改革试点高职院校的实践,发现存在着参与试点院校数量少、专业覆盖面窄;合作方各类要素投入参差不齐;合作模式、合作渠道单一;治理结构以及配套制度建设欠缺等问题。建议更新改革理念,建立健全相关制度,明晰产权、确立治理结构,推动高职混合所有制办学改革走向深入。

Through the analysis on the practice of higher vocational colleges of Jiangxi Province to participate in pilot reform of mixed ownership, there are some problems, such as a small number of participating pilot institutions and the narrow professional coverage;the input of various factors of the partners is uneven;the cooperative mode and channels are single;the governance structure and the supporting system are not well established. Renewing the reform concept, establishing and improving relevant systems, clarifying property rights and establishing governance structure are powerful measures to promote the reform of mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges.
