世界技能大赛奖牌的“广东现象”探析 被引量:3

摘要 广东省在历届世界技能大赛上取得的突出成绩已形成业界公认的"广东现象"。这一现象主要特征有:奖牌数量与积分位居全国第一,奖牌类别顺应国家产业结构调整趋势,奖牌获得者集中来自技师学院。基于对"广东现象"成因的分析,我国高技能人才培养应该大力开展高技能人才集训基地建设、实施"竞赛引领"的教育教学改革、推进"双主体"主导的校企合作模式实践、完善高技能人才培养的政策与制度建设。 The outstanding achievements of Guangdong Province in previous World Skills Competitions have formed the"Guangdong Phenomenon"recognized by the industry."Guangdong Phenomenon"has the following characteristics: The number and points of medals ranks first in China, the medal category conforms to the trend of national industrial adjustment, and the medal winners are mainly from technician colleges. Through the analysis of the causes of"Guangdong Phenomenon", the following suggestions are given to the training of high-skilled personnel in China: Vigorously carrying out the construction of high-skilled personnel training bases, implementing the"competition-guided"teaching and education reform, and promoting the practice of"dual-subject led"school-enterprise cooperation model, and improving the construction of policies and systems for the training of highly skilled talents.
