为了满足军队院校指技融合人才培养的需求,建设了电子信息创新实验室,明确了建设功能定位和培养层级,实验室进行了开放性、层次化运作实践,完善了激励机制和制度化管理,提高了实验室的利用率,培养了学员的创新实践能力。
