摘要
为了满足军队院校指技融合人才培养的需求,建设了电子信息创新实验室,明确了建设功能定位和培养层级,实验室进行了开放性、层次化运作实践,完善了激励机制和制度化管理,提高了实验室的利用率,培养了学员的创新实践能力。
In order to meet the needs of personnel training of finger technology integration in military colleges and universities, the electronic information innovation laboratory has been built, the construction function orientation and training level have been defined, and the laboratory has carried out open and hierarchical operation practice. The incentive mechanism and institutionalized management have been improved, the utilization rate of the laboratory has been improved, and the innovative and practical ability of the students has been cultivated.
