This paper expounds the detailed scheme and benefit of the technological transformation of coarse-grained slime recovery in Xiaoming Coal Preparation Plant, and introduces how to make use of the existing conditions and equipment to solve the problem of coarse slime recovery. Under the condition that the bucket hoist, the washing powder recovery screen and the washing powder storage space are not installed in the sewage pump pool, the valve is installed on the pipeline of the sewage pump depressing and filtering workshop, and the sewage pump outlet pipe is connected to the B800 fishing pit. The coarse coal slime is fished out by the bucket hoist in the fishing pit, which not only reduces the transformation input, but also avoids the pipeline blocking phenomenon, reclaims the coarse coal slime and increases the sales income.
