福建省双核发展结构研究

A study on the development dual-core structure in Fujian Province

基于福建省2002~2016年九城市数据,找出了福建省最大的双核结构,即福州-泉州南北双核。利用首位度概念构建经济和就业人口首位度指标并对其进行了基本分析;然后通过计算福州、泉州、厦门和漳州四城市的C-D生产模型,得到技术进步、固定资产增加和劳动力增加对其经济增长的贡献率,发现四市都存在经济增长过度依赖资本和劳动要素的情况,技术进步增长率也即全要素生产率对经济增长的贡献率除了厦门外皆为负值,经济增长质量不高;最后,基于以上问题的分析提出了相关建议。

Based on the data of nine cities in Fujian Province from 2002 to 2016, the largest DualCore structure in Fujian Province was found, namely Fuzhou with Quanzhou. This paper explores the concept of first degree to construct the first degree index of economy and employed population and makes corresponding analyses. It calculates the C-D production model of four cities, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Xiamen and Zhangzhou, and obtains the corresponding contribution rate of technological progress, fixed assets increase and labor force increase to economic growth. It has been found that the economic growth in the four cities is excessively dependent on capital and labor factors. The growth rate of technological progress is negative to economic growth except Xiamen, and the quality of economic growth is not high. Finally, based on the analysis of the above problems, the relevant suggestions are provided.
