互联网及现代信息技术的飞速发展,促使传统出版行业积极探索媒体融合、推进产业转型创新发展的新路径。作为出版业的特殊分支,中国高校传统学术期刊的创新发展之路成为当下出版界的"热点"之一。"互联网+"时代中国高校学术期刊走融合发展之路是时代发展的必然趋势,是学术期刊更好发挥自身功能的必然要求。尽管在网络化、信息化基础设施上中国高校学术期刊已经积极向新媒体融合并取得一定的发展,但仍存在"以期刊为中心""读者意识缺失"等不适应当前新媒体时代需求的固化思维,而且在网站建设、在线审稿系统、网络出版等方面还需深化媒体融合发展思维。高校学术期刊尤其是普通学术期刊在积极促进多种新媒体融合发展的同时,还要重视"长尾理论"在期刊出版工作中的作用。

On the website construction, online review system, Network publishing and other aspects, the media integration should be further intensified. Academic journals in colleges and universities, especially ordinary academic journals, should not only actively promote the integration and development of many new media, but also pay attention to the role of "long tail theory" in the publication of periodicals.
