我国电视分级制度探析——基于湖南卫视非新闻、体育类电视节目的实证研究

作为国内一线电视台,湖南卫视非新闻、体育类电视节目对青少年产生了深刻影响。在电视产业快速发展、电视依然具有强大的媒介公信力、电视台与网络不断融合的今天,电视分级制度的制定迫在眉睫。在对湖南卫视非新闻、体育类电视节目的现状进行归纳的基础上,分析了电视分级制度制定的必要性,结合我国电视台运营基本情况,在借鉴美国的电视分级制度的基础上,从节目类型、内容、时间段、等级等方面来探讨适合我国国情的电视分级制度。

Hunan Satellite TV is a domestic first-line television station, whose non-news and sports TV programs have had a profound impact on the youth groups. Nowadays the television industry is rapidly developing, TV still has strong media credibility, especially the integration of television stations and the Internet is continuous, the establishment of TV Rating System is imminent. Based on summarizing the current situation of Hunan Satellite TV’s non-news and sports TV programs and reviewing the United States’ TV Rating System, this paper analyzes the necessity of establishment of TV Rating System, and discusses China’s TV Rating System suitable for China’s national conditions in terms of program type, content, time period and level in combination with the basic conditions of China’s television operations.
