摘要
目的:通过神经生理技术,研究测评运动员脑功能特征及状态,对运动员的科学选材、竞技状态评价、训练的中枢适应及竞技表现的心理生理机制等方面进行研究。方法:采用实验法、统计法分析处理中等强度耐力训练对中枢神经递质影响的文献和数据。结果持续性耐力训练对中枢神经递质变化的影响表现为:GA、NE、DA神经递质呈下降趋势,GABA、5-HT、强兴奋呈上升趋势。持续性耐力训练使大脑熵值上升。α慢波比例8、9、12和13 HZ呈下降趋势,10和11 Hz呈上升趋势,组内、组间差异不显著。HRV指标通过配对样本T检验发现LF、LF/HF呈下降趋势,HF、SDNN、RMSSD呈上升趋势。结论:1.耐力运动对大一国防生中枢神经递质的影响为兴奋性神经递质GA、DA显著下降,GABA、5-HT抑制性神经递质显著上升;2.耐力运动前后测大脑熵值呈上升趋势,表明一次性耐力运动后大脑的无序化程度升高,人的心理素质低,情感控制力相对较弱;3.一次性运动对心率变异性HF、SDNN实验前后差异显著,呈现上升趋势,表明运动后副交感神经升高,交感神经降低。
Objective: We aim to study the characteristics and status of athletes’ brain function and evaluate their scientific selection, competitive state, adaptation of central nervous system in training and the psychological and physiological mechanism of athletic performance through neurophysiological techniques.Methods: Based on neurophysiological techniques, the effects of moderate intensity endurance training on central neurotransmitters were analyzed in application of the experimental and statistical methods. Results:The effects of moderate-intensity endurance training on the changes of central neurotransmitters performed as follows: GA, NE and DA neurotransmitters showed a decreasing trend, and GABA, 5-HT and strong excitations showed a rising trend. The brain entropy increased after the persistent endurance training.α slow wave ratio 8,9,12,13 HZ showed a downward trend, but 10,11 showed an upward trend. The differences in the groups and between groups were not significant. The paired-samples T test showed that LF, LF/HF of HRV indices decreased, and HF, SDNN and RMSSD increased. Conclusions: 1.The influence of endurance exercise on the central neurotransmitter of the first-year national defense students brings about a significant decrease in the excitatory neurotransmitter GA and DA, and a significant increase in the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA, 5-HT;2.After the endurance exercise, the entropy of the brain showed an rising trend, indicating that the disorder of the brain is elevated, and the psychological quality of the person is low, and the emotional control is relatively weak after an acute endurance exercise;3.The acute endurance exercise has a remarkable influence on the indicators of heart rate-HF and SDNN,which shows an upward trend and indicates that the parasympathetic nerve goes up and the sympathetic nerve goes down.
